time between cycles?

Hey all,

What a great board! Its nice to find a board for aas women and with people willing to help

I have a couple of questions. I have just finished a 16 week cycle (includes PCT) of prop. How long should I wait until I start my next cycle?

Was also wondering how like it usually takes for periods to come back?

Welcome to Ology. You should wait the amount of time you cycled before you begin a new cycle. You would wait 16 weeks with your previous cycle. I suggest an extra couple of weeks also.

Getting your hormones down to normal levels is different for everyone. Some do it within a couple weeks, others 12 weeks. It's all individual. It depends on PCT, genetics, and the compounds you cycled with.
