time to take protein

i am taking creatine and protein and i want to know when i should take one and when i should take another
 
Protein always within 60 minutes after your workouts. Asides from that, take your protein immediately when you wake up, and before you go to bed.

Creatine post workouts aswell.
 
You need to eat Protein in every meal. If you can't get down some high protein food, then turn to Shakes.

I think right after a workout is the only real need for a whey shake. Other than that, try and rely on whole foods for your protein.
