I got sick with some stomache crud this last weekend and yesterday (monday) and lost a little weight, didn't eat right and basically feel like crap, but today is max day on bench and I need to give it a swing.
I weigh 173.5 on my digital scale today. The goal is to max 345-350.
OK I did it. I just maxed and got 345 on Bench. Failed 3/4 way up at 350. No bench shirt.
That really pisses me off because I want to get twice my bodyweight on bench. In order to bench twice my bodyweight I needed 347lbs. I got 345.
Damn!
Next goal is 375, then 400.
