Today is a rest day. I weigh 170 this morning.

Tomorrow is Dead day and I will try and get 430 x 5 which will be PR.

Cool thing is I am getting stronger OFF cycle.

Monday, November 1

Today is going to be a rest day. had to move legs to tomorrow so I Will have a spot.

I feel like crap anyway. i messed around and didn't eat much of anything Saturday and Sunday and this morning I weigh 165.5.

I can see striations in my arms and shoulders, back, legs and ass. Not sure what BF is currently. My calipers always tell me it is too low like 4-5%. No way it is that low maybe 8 at the lowerst I guess.

Today I weigh 164.5. I am getting leaner than i have been since I was 20 yrs old. today is Leg Day.

Today is chest day. i have not been trying to get stronger for the last couple of months, just trying to maintain and give the body a rest after going heavy for almost a year.

Today is back day. I felt pretty good today. Have not been doing heavy deads much lately because I was giving my back a break. Today I moved up 50 pounds and will pass my PR of 430 x 5 in a couple weeks. I weigh 173 Lbs. today. BF around 8-10%.

Today i felt strong. had a pretty good jump in weight on bench. up ten pounds from last week.

Felt like i could have done more weight on decline but it feels weird to me still, so i will move up 5 pounds at a time until i get used to it.

Sunday, January 23

Today is an off day.

Tomorrow I will do either chest or legs again. May do legs again to get beck on schedule with my workout partner. I am weighing around 179 today. That is heavy for me. My abs are starting to hide behind a layer of fat/water. I could easily be 200 plus pounds. I have to work to stay lean. I think I may stay around 180- 190 pounds for a month or so. Every one asks me questions like "man you gaining weight" or "you on steroids" stuff like that all the time. I hate that shit. I want to get bigger and stronger but I do not want the comments and judgements that seem to come along with it.

I missed logging a couple workouts again but i will put todays workout on here.

I didn't eat right last week and i feel weak but still managed to get a decent workout in. This is the first workout i have ever attempted to lift 315 for reps. I am thinking about doing a max bench next week with my partner. i will be going for 345 to 350 at a bodyweight of 175. I do not use a bench shirt.

Thanks Bimmer. The goal is to bench twice my bodyweight or more. I guess I'll see next week if I am there.

I got sick with some stomache crud this last weekend and yesterday (monday) and lost a little weight, didn't eat right and basically feel like crap, but today is max day on bench and I need to give it a swing.

I weigh 173.5 on my digital scale today. The goal is to max 345-350.

OK I did it. I just maxed and got 345 on Bench. Failed 3/4 way up at 350. No bench shirt.

That really pisses me off because I want to get twice my bodyweight on bench. In order to bench twice my bodyweight I needed 347lbs. I got 345.

Damn!

Next goal is 375, then 400.

Thursday, Feb 10

I have not gained the weight back that I lost. I am at 172lbs. today and around 10%bf. I can see the top 4 abs and the botton 2 are barely covered up with water and fat.

I felt pretty good today.
