Hello everyone, before i start i will give you my stats before i start
Age:20
Height: 6ft1
Bodyfat:18-19%
Weight:185 lbs
bodytype: meso-endo

I am currently trying to cut my bodyfat down to 8% while add abit of muscle or atleast not lose the muscle i have. At the moment i am taking 50mg of anavar ED, i currently workout 6 times a week with my calorie intake of 2100-2200 aday.
Recently i have been wondering if i started to do 40 minutes of slow cardio say on the stationary bike around 11 A.M while doing weights at night would i lose muscle i know i would lose fat quicker but i dont want to lose my gains and one more question could i just lose the weight by continuing dieting and could i achieve low bodyfat with this diet and just weight training.... this is my diet as it stands
meal 1- protein shake, 3 eggs whites, one hole egg and 50 grams porridge
meal 2- 1 turkey breast, fruit
meal 3- 1 chicken breast, cup of brown rice, vegetables
meal 4- protein shake smoothie

any advise or feedback would be greatly appreciate.

Based on your stats, you must be a male, currently your lean body mass is about 150lbs... to go down to 8% body fat, you are looking at about a 23lbs to lose.... you are a smaller boned but tall guy.... so here is what I think... and this has worked for guys I trained in the past.

Start off your day with 20-30 minutes of cardio, when you wake up before breakfast. It will burn your fat more than later in the day as your glycogen levels are low. Then after your weight training session finish off with another 20-30 minutes of cardio... it will give you a nice boost plus more energy through the day.

As for your diet, it doesn't look like you are eating enough... you should be eating every 2-3 hours and load yourself up with protein, green veggies, no sugar and no/low sodium foods. Use stevia as sweetner. Stick to complex carbs such as brown rice, sweet potato, etc early in the day... don't eat it past 2pm... Also being on Anavar (var) , drink lots as you may already find yourself more thirsty but it's also great way to flush your system. How long have you been on Anavar (var) and what else are you taking with it?

i would just like to say thankyou for replying and yes i am male and yeah i am tall but i am pretty naturally wider shouldered to say and i will start to do starting of next week because i like to start new stuff from the start of a new week.

how much would you say to boost my calories by and i will make the no eating carbs past 2pm rule start tomorrow and i am drinking lots of water and i know with is a big nono but it is a Anavar (var) only course.

well based on your meal plan listed, it looks like about 1200-1500 cals a day... you need to keep track and write it down to make sure as it doesn't look like much.... just to verify that you are getting enough.... you should be on test from what I know but I will let the men give you those details... plus you need to have a pct ready for after... make sure you do it right as you want to make sure you avoid any issues or unnecessary problems... ana Anavar (var) is ideal for women but great for men if used properly... you wouldn't want to be on hormone replacement for the rest of your life because of a cycle done wrong... be safe :)

i did a calorie count the other day and it came up to 2100 i put a mistake on my diet it is 2 turkey breast and with protein shakes and stuff there is about a pint of milk all together in my diet and i should be on test with it but i dont have enough to be running it, my mate just said you want some anavar and i could just about offered it and i will be getting some pct asoon as i get some money.

dobiequeen pretty much covered it. you r definately not eating enough. as for your title, do not ever cut cardio.. modify it yes and play with different techniques like HIIT, and endurance, but never cut it out all together. weider mags along with the others have given us alot of golden advice and solid studies over the years, but also some crap that can be labeled as just flat out irresponsible and negligent. for example, if u wanna gain extreme mass cut cardio out because it burns too many calories, salt and sodium are heart healthy , and my favorite, dump on soy protein, because the structure of soy is similar to estrogen (just because it looks similar, doesnt mean it binds to estrogen receptors) i dont have time to site sources but im sure u have read similar advice over the years... anyway aside from my little rant, do take dobie's advice and eat alot more. hit the iron hard, and keep hitting cardio. remember , even ronnie coleman hits cardio hard. goodluck bro!

Thank you for backing me up.... I'm a chick with a bit of "dude" knowledge ;) and yes I totally agree... plus I have read that soy is actually not the best for men... it's a better protein for women and men should limit soy in their diet.

From my personal experience, I cut down from 20% to 7% in roughly about 3 months. It was a bit extreme, but definitely worth it, seeing as how I've been able to maintain a low bodyfat % since October. Personally, I never did any real cardio aside from high volume workouts with quite a few supersets. Cardio such as biking or running doesn't really burn as many calories when compared to weight lifting, maybe you should just try increasing your workout volume. Aside from a high volume workout, I also got on an EC stack at around 14% bodyfat until I hit around 9%. At 9% I did my first clen 2 week cycle which payed off quite nicely getting me down to 7%. All this being said, I did have a high caloric deficit, which most people won't recommend if you're trying to maintain your muscle mass. You can try a keto diet, it works for some people, it doesn't for others.

Lifting in the morning is probably better than lifting at night. It'll get your metabolism up and running and get you burning more calories throughout the day. You can pretty much lower your body fat by either adding on lean muscle mass or burning body fat. To do the latter, you're going to need some sort of caloric deficit, and muscle loss is inevitable, unless you're on some sort of gear.

In summary - I'd recommend adding in supersets, lifting in the morning, eating smarter, and maybe trying an EC stack, but make sure you do some good research on it before you attempt it. I'd also recommend Clen, but I'd wait until you dropped below 12-10% bodyfat for that.

cheers ClenBROterol your advise has been most helpful, i just have to face the fact im going to lose some muscle whatever happens but it will be good to get lean and then build from there and whats EC stack pal never heard of that, and yeah im definitely think of getting some clen when im at a lower percent body fat maybe some t3 aswell.

ECA stack - ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin - take it 3 times a day and it's the traditional old school fat burner and works wonders... rotate the two...do that for 2 weeks then do clen for 2 weeks... it works wonders... or run 6-8 weeks of clen then go to ECA again... see what works best for you... most people plateau at day 18 of clen... I personally like the 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off...

i like where your head's at dobie! ECA stack is by far the best cut stack i have ever used. start low. i would cut the 25mg tab in half.. mainly to access your tolerance but also to slowly build up to larger doses as my body would build a tolerance. 2 wk cycles are a good idea. keep an eye on your blood pressure too because it will jack it up.

fitness pov: do not take the more is better approach with ephedrine, as most people do with stimulants. ephedrine can kill u at higher doses.

I would not recommend cycling between Clen and an EC stack. Both are Beta-adrenergic agonists and cycling one after the other really won't give your heart much of a rest. Take it slow fitnesspov, there's really no need for you to be cycling both. Run an EC stack before you get into clen, you may find you don't even have to use clen.

As always, make sure to do your own personal research into the dosages and health risks for clen and EC.

I didn't recommend 6-8 weeks of straight clen. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is what I suggested... or alternate with ECA. Yes Keto is a good idea if you run it for more than 2 weeks...
