So iv finished my cut, two weeks into prop + anavar cycle and I feel I'm lean enough to start reverse dieting to add some lean mass to my frame.
I have been in a deficit for 10 weeks and I'm currently on 1800-2000 calories
macros
30g fat
150g carb
230g pro
So, I'm thinking due to increased protein synthesis on cycle that is the best macro to increase to start with, followed by carbs, then fats.
What I'm wondering is my TSH/T3 is suppressed so i can't increase too fast.
Should i go straight to maintenance? or go even slower?
My initial thought being on cycle are to go to
2400-2500
macros
35g fat
200-220g carb
300g pro
then slowly increase from there?
