Is this stuff worth a damn? Is it worth taking?

I tried it for a couple months and didn't really notice a difference- generic CLA costs less and prolly works the same. Like i said tho, I couldn't tell anything (no running faster or jumping higher, etc.) lol. Good luck with it tho, and let us know if it works for you!
