Top bodybuilding foods

I have been bodybuilding for 13 years.
Below i've listed all of my staple foods
I eat. These are foods I eat all times of the year, on or off-season. Please feel free to add to the list.

Carbs - oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes,
white potatoes, black beans,
white rice.

Protein - egg whites (boiled or scrambled)
tuna, beef, chicken, fresh fish,
pork (only the white lean part)
whey

Fats - (mainly olive oil) are incorporated
during cooking

WTF is wrong with people throwing away something that aids in keeping your body fat down and your HDL levels in good standings?
 
You forgot PEANUTBUTTER!
LOTS of calories AND goof fats and a bit of protein.
i add 3-4 tbs to my smoothy . thats 400cals and 20 or so grams of fat depending on the kind
