training in the morning diet?

Looking for a good cutting diet.But i train in the morning.So leaves confused about how to time the protiens,carbs,and fats that i intake.Can somebody point me to a link on the net or in the right direction?Thanks for the help.
 
you have to come up with what works for you but you can follow basic rules about losing weight while maintaining muscle mass.

ie:

No carbs late at night.

high protein.

morning cardio if possible.

ECA stack or equivalent throughout the day starting in the morn.

lots of veggies and healthy fats.

try to seperate your carbs and fat if possible throughout the day.

and i would train as heavy as possible with slow and controlled on the way down and power on the way up to burn optimum calories.

I also am a firm believer that you should always do cardio after lifting to burn more fat instead of b4

I know thats just basic stuff but if you follow them closely you will find quickly what foods work with that basic layout really quick.

Ive always had success with just following the basics and tweaking it along the way
