Can U guys tell me if its possible to gain/keep muscle with ECA?
I have took ECA stack a few times but I have always lost muscle mass as well as fat.
My workouts were great, intense and longer but my appetite went down the pan and so my muscle mass. So it was a real effort to eat the sufficient meals to get my required protein. It got to the point where most of my daily protein intake came from shakes - which I know is wrong.
So can you guys give me any help on what eating/training regime I should be doing when on an ECA cycle.
Any personal experiences would be great.
