Question: is it possible to specifically grow my arms by taking in surpluses calories on arm days, while staying on maintenance calories the rest of the week to stay lean?
 
Nice dosaege. I keep tren right around there always and have better results than when ive ran it 600-700mg/wk. Just eat clean bro, high protein, train right & u shoud be good.

Lol yea that idea will sort of work if you add a fast acting insulin post work out to force those nutrients blood oxygen ect into the worked muscle group the only downside is you can go hypo and possibly die .
Your best bet would be do your regular traning routine so say wensday is your arm day do your arms as usual then on Thursday do arms again but only high rep low weight this will force blood nutrients ect into the muscle you worked the day before resulting in growth
 
and oh yeah, almost forgot, the key to bigger arms is to gain overall weight period. Either lbm gains, which sounds like your option or by dirty bulk/ bulk.
