TRT journey so far with IMT

Little about me:

31
5'8 180 LBS.
Test before TRT 320

Over several years experienced lack of energy, depression, anxiety, loss of libido and erectile dysfunction. Tried the HCG restart in 2010 with slight success bringing me T around 435 after 2 months. I did feel better on HCG injection. 2014 tried clomid restart and brought me T up to the 620 range but general felt like crap, still had all the symptoms of low T with increased irritability and more emotional (crying). I also had slight gyno and had surgery to remove the painful breast tissue. I did use winny for 6 months without PCT before the onset of my symptoms so I know this shut me down severely. At the age of 13 I was 215 lbs. I lost 80 lbs in 3 months through diet and exercise. This left with me stretch marks and could probably be where I developed gyno.

The reason for the sporadic treatment is that I am an active duty Marine. Its hard to find doctors let alone referrals for treatment as many of them are first to jump on the PTSD bandwagon and peddle anti depressants. (prescribed wellbrutrin, Zoloft, Prozac in the past)

Currently I am a drill instructor which obviously has high levels of stress and lack of sleep associated with it. Additionally, on my feet for upwards of 10 miles a day, causing dramatic weight loss on cycle (Training recruits) and off cycle weight gain. Low-T has made this profession and current billet severally demanding and hard. I have bone spurs in both feet and sever Achilles tendonitis. I mention this because strangely my feet haven't hurt as much and I've noticed a decrease in inflammation. I've done a lot of reading on this forum and finally started to take matters into my own hands.

Without making this a huge drawn out post. IMT was amazing in understanding the issues I was having without making it one of those painful doctors visits where you feel like your begging for a prescription. They have answered every one of my questions while ensuring the doors were open for future questions. I have been on treatment for 1 week 2 days. Now I know that's early but I keep a log of how I feel everyday because frankly I've felt like crap for so long that I don't really know how I am suppose to feel. I have a severe caffeine addition also so I have been tracking that as well. I have read that the beginning of TRT your brain releases a higher level of dophamine and this could contribute to how well I feel. I was entertaining mabey its due to sometime of placebo factor but, I don't think you can placebo factor daily migrains. My sex drive is amazing and my wife who was completely against TRT has almost completely done a 180 as her sex drive is extremely high. My increased desirability to have sex with my wife has improved her insecurity's of "not being sexually desired". In short, drastically improving my marriage and overall quality of life.

100MG (E6D injections) HCG 500u twice a week. I have the estrogen block arismendex but I want to wait to experience high E symptoms before taking it as I've read its very hard to determine whether your low or high e and you can crash it making symptoms worse. Ill be getting blood work in 6 weeks so I'll definitely take the AI if my E is high.

I'm glad that you feel better for trt is a medical miracle for those that suffer from low T. I wouldnt lay around and wait for signs of high e2 because correct me if I'm wrong but you said your erections are weak. That right there could reflect your possible high e2 levels. Have you had your bloods drawn to see what your e2 is? oh and stop the energy drinks those are horrible for you!

Without TRT and without Cialis I could barely get an erection. With the TRT and Cialis my erections are abnormally good. I completely stopped the Cialis after 5 years of taking it and for 2 days after that I noticed a slight difference. I figured once I give it a little more time and fully saturate my body with T after couple weeks I should be able to see the full potential. As I type this its only been 1 week 3 days. I'll have blood drawn at the 6 week mark.

Awesome post!!!! Thanks so much for the shout out. I will definitely be following this to see your results.

Update 1 week 4 days on TRT.

Generally continue to feel better every day. Massive endurance and slight strength increase in the gym. Also noticed increased sweating during workouts that's probably contributed to increased intensity. Noticed puffy nipples 2 days ago which went away in a day. I've changed my dosing to 75MG TESTC/500UI HCG every 3.5 days. I administer both at the same time. I have not experienced any other estrogen related sides. I'd love to continue TRT without having to take a estrogen block but not sure how likely that is.
