TRT just not working seeking advice

Ive been on TRT now for the past 4 years and in that time it has been a rollercoaster ride of highs and mainly low's with me constantly chasing feeling 'good'. My libido is up and down like a yoyo and more often than not its down as is my mood.

I am in the UK and the NHS TRT programs are very poor, blood work results are non existent and I usually have to fight to have things like E2 tested which even if it is the results are never posted back to me so im playing a guessing game most of the time!

I have been on Nebido, Testogel, Testim gel and now im waiting to try 3 weekly injections of Sust though have been attempting my own schedule/treatment.

I do deal with the elevated E2 myself or at least try as I dont have numbers to work with generally, I have tried both aromasin and adex, neither of which works better than the other.

I am hoping I can get some advice on a new schedule as everything ive tried hasn't really worked.

My current treatment which I will be undertaking myself is to inject 120mg E4D and dose aromasin 6mg E3D, I also have HCG which I slot in between the test at 500iu twice week.

I have been feeling quite low and libido is non existent same as my erections and notice I feel quite spaced out and lethargic after taking my HCG shot and aromasin tablet and cant for the life of me work out if my E2 is tanked or too high.

Looking for some advise really so I can get off this rollercoaster.

Sorry you are feeling bad. Hopefully someone with a lot of knowledge will chime in to help. Why won't the doctors tell you what your results are? That makes zero sense

Look in Bigben's log posted in this forum. I put a post in there for how to get private blood work done in the UK. Although I don't understand why you cannot demand to see your medical records. Or get a new doc.

Self treating without access to regular blood work is pretty dangerous. And you are suggesting a pretty low AI dosage.

You dose also corresponds to 210mg per week, very much on the high side for TRT. That certainly makes managing E2 blind even more challenging.

Thanks for the reply, some info on blood testing would be great. I have asked for the results from my blood tests and they do give them but the tests they do are limited. They only request test and psa which tells me nothing.

I know I'm shooting blind and generally feel like it isn't working which then feels like a game of car and mouse.

What dose aromasin and what schedule would be suggested? I miss typed my test dose, I would be aiming for 140 over the course of a week.
