I am looking into buying this. It seems a bit expensive, but I heard good things about it. I am looking for a two month supply for the summer, I would like to put on 10 pounds of lean muscle.


Stats:
I am currently Age 21 5'11 192, cut, BF% = ? Never cycled. I have been working out for a solid 5 years now.

Bench is 315
Squat- I'm not sure since I'm injured, but was around 450 range
DL- I don't DL

When I work out I don't really work out on mass, because I'm a ball player I gotta stay real flexiable and not to much stress on the rotator cuff, shit like that.


What is the best flavor, I'm a real big fan of any orange flavors? How many pounds should I order? Thanks for your time

I've got the premium flavor sampler pack on the way. Unfortunately, it didn't ship until Tuesday and was still in California yesterday so I'm not going to see it arrive until next week.

Might take me some time to get through that sample pack, however.

BSL chocolate is popular; I'm guessing all the BSL flavors are probably good. The BSL flavors are older than the new premium flavors. The new premium orange juice has received good reviews.
 
Consider how many shakes a day you drink. Then figure out how many g that is per day and how many g you will need for the number of days you are planning to order for.

You must also realize that gaining size is not about a two month plan. If you do gain size, then you still have to add fuel for your new size or it will drop. If you don't continue to eat..you drop the weight you worked so hard to gain.

For me, the cold filtration whey protein isolate is the tits. I get it plain...no sweetener....no flavoring. If you must use flavoring, get some of the flavor packs. Try the various BSL orange stuff and you can adjust the amount of flavoring to fit your preference.

thanks I appreciate it. Right now I have some GNC protein, but I feel soo bloated and mad gas so I don't take it. I was just getting some insight on trueprotein.

You could add the protease enzyme to your TP order as well.
I have ordered a PWO blend of my own design that I have been tweaking for quite some time now. Holy shit is this thing great!

In the future, I will break it down into two separate shakes...one of the PWO stuff (BCAA, CEE, Glutamine, waxy maize....you get the idea) and one to take 30 minutes later of protein.
 
WOW, I just got the True Protein Orange Juice Isolated Whey... It is the best taste ever. With some milk it taste just like orange sherbert. Great stuff no gas no bloated I noticed throughout the day...

How many scoops should I consume a day you think? Three? I just got 10 pounds without the container so I have no clue I'm assuming the same amount as GNC products.
 
Two scoops per shake should give you between 42-50g of protein, depending on the exact protein you selected. So just guess at 45g for two scoops. Now you add the shakes as needed.
