hey guys like the title suggests, i do have some fat around the pec area and more in the lower region than the top. right now my body fat is between 11.5-12.5 percent. i am not sure that i have gyno, but my guess so far is that i dont. i do not have big puffy nipples nor do i have a lump around or under the nipples. but i can squeeze out/fold fat just like how u can around the stomach area. im on a cycle right now using arimidex 0.5mg pd and 10mg nolvadex every days. seems like that lower region is flattening out more and more as i slowly lose some fat. how would i know if i have the gyno that can only be removed by surgery. i have heard that alot of ppl using bromo and yohim. for gyno with great success, so i am thinking to add atleast one of those two items around the end of my 12 week cycle. can u plz give opinions/suggest how i should administer these drugs.

Mainly two types of gyno: male breasts/"man boobs"--literally fatty deposits in the pec area. Then there is a benign lesion of the ductile glands. This is the lump one feels. Lastly, men do get breast cancer. the treatment for fatty breasts is liposuction. No amount of medication will get it to go away. The benign lesions have responsed to Nolvadex, but if they persistent then surgical removal will be required. Aggressive treatment of breast cancer is the same for men and women.

DrJMW, I have been taking juice for a few years & I developed almond size type of lump around my nipples from taking roids.

My question is would taking Nolvadex help me out now to get rid of the lumps or is too late? Or my only hope is to have the surgery done?

Thank you in advance,

You'd have to take it and see, it will work for some and won't for others. But I'd start off with 60mg for a few weeks and see.

And bluewizz, as the Dr suggested, if you don't feel hard fibrous tissue, try laying down and grabbing around, then you don't have gyno. It's psuedo-gyno or fat.

mvmaxx, thank you for your help...

I guess I could give Nolvadex a try. 60mg is not too much for 3 weeks????? But again what do I know.

been feeling around for anything unusual behind the nipples.....nothing so far and no pain. feels like normal tissue. the nipps do tingle a little bit every once in a while. and sometimes there is little pain when i squeeze and i can sometimes feel very tiny, acne size bump or two around the nipps, but it could just be pain from the actuall squeezing, and the tiny bumps could just be part of the nipp....i dont know for sure. these things come and go like every few days to weeks. mainly in the morning. but they are never consistent....it just comes and goes. there is defenitally fat but the fat is proportioned with the overall fat im carrying right now which, as mentioned, is around 11.5-12.5 percent.

bluewizz - I think you're fine - just keep an eye on it and you may want to try some Yohimburn DH.

FEEDDMACHINE - 60mg/ED is fine. After 3 weeks if it has gone down you can go down to 40mg. But it's definitely worth a try.

bluewizz, did you just come of a cycle? & whats your cycle history?
If you dont feel a lump then you should be ok. I think you are just getting them more sensitive by feeling them and squzzing them, cause thats what I was doing for a while.
I can actually feel a hard lump under and around my nipple and its size of an almond. If they are sensitive then you can give nolvadex a try.
I have some pics up in the mem forum, go see if yours look as bad as mine do. you know whats funny is when Iam relaxed my nipples are fat and you can see the gyno more, but when they get cold its the opposite....weird, it just sucks to have gyno.
If you are really concerend then post some pics up and maybe the docs or mod can give you better answer.

firs of all u looking huge by the way. great work. and yes my nips seem very similar to your. i would imagine it to be like that if i had less fat, closer to the percentage of fat you have. and actually i just finnaly discovered a tiny litle lump on the top part of the right nipple, but nothing on the left. i have done 3 cycles before consisting of dbol, deca, test, fina in total. the lump im talking about i would say is about the size of a tiny raising, at best. its hard, but not painfull. i am guessing its from past cycles. what suprises me is that its at the top part of the nip, not bottom or behind. am i doomed. is it too late for me. i am including nolvadex and arimidex right now with my cycle. do i have a chance to illiminate this seemingly insignificant thing with those drugs. have you or anyone heard of the benefits or bromo for gyno. i mean its sooo tiny, it makes me think there has got to be a way to get rid of it without surgery, but if not im defenitally spending some of my cash to get rid of it in time for next summer atleast. also, i defenitally will/cant stop cycling on and off till then. must be atleast as ripped as you. what do you think bro.

thx for your comments,

I actually never had the fat or lumps around my nipples, until i started jucing.
As I remember in the past few years of cycling was that my nipps where always puffy and sensitive while on cycle and it actually got better after finishing the cycle. But what I learned later and what I notice now is that the fucking lump just kept getting bigger and worst.
I was fucking stupid & didnt really have the knowledge back then to take anything to get rid of it.
Hopefully, like mvmaxx said taking Nolvadex will illimante the lump or get rid of it, I guess depending on how big it is.
Iam giving nolvadex a try cause its alot cheaper than getting the surgery done. But then again it might be too late.
I have not heard anything about bromo.
Iam thinking about doing a bulking cycle next year & iam not really sure if I should or not. My shit already looks bad with a low body fat, imagine when I put on more weight.
This whole thing can really fuck with your mind or in my case I have to think twice before I take my shirt of in front of a crowd.

the way im thinking about it is that if its gyno then its going to be there be it you do more cycles or not. thats why i think i should not stop either way, since i have already known even before starting cycles that i will for sure get rid of it by surgery if i ever get gno, and the results will be a permeanant elimination of gyno. so why stop cycling is my thinking. right now until late next spring i will be always using anti estrogens. by that time my body fat will be pretty low and then ill be able to identify if its acuall gyno or not. will be doing femera and aromasin in future cycles, and always nolvadex at low doses throughout the cycles. we shall see what happens. good luck with your situation bro.

Is there a corelation b/w the the size and amount of fibrous tissue and lumps and the amount of fat that that area can hold? that is even if you are a low percentage body fat that area may be able to hold more fat than a non mammary region?

If the duct is removed, then the chances of getting that type of gyno will be reduced. Most of the time, the surgeon just tries to receive the benign lesion and elave as much tissue intact as possible. Obviously, if it is malignant, then more aggressive surgery is required.

Question - I've seen a lot of guys get gyno surgery and then wind up getting gyno again. One of these guys explained what his surgeon said and mentioned that even if all of the glandular tissue is removed that you still have a decent percentage of getting gyno IF you take steroids again. I believe the studies you see that indicate the chance as being very remote of it reoccurring are not taking into the effect of continued steroid use.

Additionally, isn't it true that if the duct and all the glandular tissue is removed that this will severely indent the chest and this is the main reason that surgeons don't perform this?
