Twice a week, what day?

If I want to inject twice a week, what would be the days/times I inject?

Every 3.5 days or in other words, every 84 hours. Choose the first day/time that is convenient and that will determine the second day. For example, maybe you could do Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings. Simple as that.

When dosing an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with T shots, what is the optimal time to take them? I know T levels spike 24-48hrs after injection so would it be good to do a schedule like this:
Mon morning T shot
Tues AI
Thurs evening T shot
Fri AI

Sure. That sounds fine. Give it a try and see how it goes.

I try to keep it simple. I just take my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at the same time I do my injection. I personally am more worried about forgetting to take it the next day than I am about fine tuning to get the optimal schedule. Keep it simple stupid as the saying goes. When I start taking some things in the morning and some at night and on different days I can't keep it all straight.

So figure out what works best for you and go with it.

That seems like a solid answer. It does seem much more convenient to take it at the same time as the T shot, avoiding almost all of the possibility of forgetting to take the AI.

I take 100mg monday mornings and 100mg thursday night. Exactly 3.5 days the week cut n half. This causes more regulated blood levels and less estrogen build up.

I've learned that I have a much better sex drive when I take my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before bed when I take it. The whole learn what works best for you is totally true. Experiment.
