depends on why youre using it.
udo's is great oil but if youre doing the 'low carb/high fat' udo's wont work-it only has 231mg MCT's per 1 tbsp. thats not even 1/4 gram. now if your using to supp omegas than its great...per 1 tbsp O3's/6.4g,O6's/3.2g,O9's/3g-which is great.
pure MCT oil has a 14g of MCT's per ONE tbsp. the best for low carb/high fat diets!
