Universal Kits?

I am thinking of adding some FINAderm to my M1T cycle. Has anyone ever used anything from U-Kits before. How are there products.

Is there any transdermal's that are already premade and are legal to sell. I was thinking of FINAderm from U-kits but I was told its not a complete kits. I would still need to obtain the working end of this product.
