Update on my cycle plan

So far I have decided to go with a basic Test cycle for my first time. My plan is a 12 week cycle at 400-500mg a week divided up into 2 shots, 1 on monday and one on thursday. I am still researching for my PCT because I keep finding different opinions. How does this look so far? I still have alot of researching to do yet but I figure its probably better to ask someone with experience early before I move on to the next step. I really want to make sure I do this the right way safely.
 
You will get more answers and advice if you post your stats. Age, body fat, lifting experience, diet etc.
 
For post cycle therapy (pct) use novadex and clomid. Novadex 40 mg everyday for 2 weeks. And then 20mg for two weeks. Also along with the novadex run clomid at 50mg for the whole 4 weeeks. Start 14 days after last pin.

Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as arimadex or aromasin on hand.

Do more research before you start tho! Good luck

injecting test e Tuesday/Saturday is ok, correct?
 
As of right now my weight fluctuates anywhere from 155 to 165 depending on the time of year (winter weight). I will be 25 in february and I stand about 5' 9". Right now I am at about 13% body fat. I am adding to the diet daily building up my calorie intake but for the past month this has been what ive been eating

My diet on a normal day:
Meal #1
-2 pieces of 12grain wheat toast with almond butter
-4 egg whites
-3 glasses of what give or take
-1 multi vitamin
Meal #2
-1 Pure Protein bar
Meal #3
- Turkey and cheese wrap
Meal #4
- 2 cups of whole almonds
Meal #5
- either a protein shake or another protein bar
 
You doing test prop or cyp? And the mon thurs split is good. I'd try to eat around 3400 cal a day 50% carb 30% protein 20% fat. Aim for 1.5x body weight in grams of protein Ed. Make sure you get LAGIT pct and the right duration.
 
right now around 1600-2000 cal /an between 100-150g protein. Im easing into it to let my body get used to eating larger quantities more often, but I am skeptical does it really bog down your metabolism that much to jump into bigger meals?
 
your body is a machine bro. You can increase or decrease your hunger at anytime and it'll adjust accordingly. I have very similar stats, n i jumped from 2000 cal to 3500 a day.
 
You will get use to it, and if you space it out right (6 meals a day) you shouldn't feel like you're force feeding yourself. You can ease in or jump in, either is fine. And your metabolism won't necessarily slow down. Think of it this way, even if it speeds up you're eating 1.5x what you normally would and your body ha no choice but to adjust. Good luck
