Was wondering if eating veggie burger would be a good source of vegetable addition to fit my veggie needs for carbs. Along with this i'm eating chicken burgers, and turkey patties for my protein needs. I have a great butchery around my town!
"Veggie" burgers are usually largely composed of soy protein. The term "veggie" merely implies that they are meatless or vegetarian. NOT that they are a source of vegetables.
