Vitamins

I am now completely done with my 3 week cycle of M1T and with my post cycle therapy (pct) of 3 weeks of 6-oxo. I am still on protein and I take a multi-vitamin. My question is is it better to take one multi or would you see better results spread loading single vit's threw out the day.

It's better throughout the day.

What vitamin are you taking?
 
If your taking a multivitamin that requires 2 a day (such as GNC's Mega Men) you should take one in the morning with breakfast, then one at night with dinner, or before bed with a snack.
 
Actually, a two a day is better one with breakfast and the other post workout on a lifting day, at night on non lifting days.
 
Id rather take more than to little.. i take maybe 3-4grams of c-vitamine and one multivitamine per day.
 
Try the Super Complete multivitamins by Ultimate Nutrition. It says to take 9 over the course of the day, but I take 2 caps 3x a day and never get sick. Good recovery too.

I also add extra E & selenium along with C
