Weak point training on first cycle. I have a bloodwork question also.

thanks for taking the time to help out! I'm starting my first cycle in 2 weeks. I have 30 ml of test Enanthate and PCT waiting as well as anything I could possibly need for any side effects.

I have weakpoints like most people. Is NOW during this first cycle the time to address them? I didn't know what I was doing honestly when I was lifting most of my years. I moved a lot of weight and I grew but not proportionately due to poor muscle contractions and over training. With all of that behind me I'm looking for balance in my physique. I still have a few lagging areas that need to catch up.
Do I work these parts one extra session a week or train them differently than other muscles? I'm just trying to maximize my results. I wanted to ask.

Bloodwork question is I have two vials of Enanthate from one manufacturer that I want to start with the third is another manufacturer. I'm getting checked next week prior to starting, and 3 weeks in as well as after my PCT. should I go for another when I change to the other manufacturer and when? I thought it was a good idea I'm not sure of the timing. I figured 2 weeks into new stuff. I'm hoping its all legit but I want to be sure.

Thanks all!

I'd love some feedback if anyone has time. Thanks

I'll take a guess and get bloodwork 2 weeks into the second manufacturers new product. I'll let you know how it works out.

I get blood work done every three mths on test levels I would wait atleast 1 mth after u switch brands to give ur levels a chance to fall or raise and remeber some otc and perscription drugs can affect ur levels as far as lagging muscle groups my right bicep was a 1/2 inch bigger than my left what I do is a few extra reps on the left bicep everytime to keep them even and switched from barbell to dumb bells for bench press to even out my chest with the bar u may push harder with stronger arm and never know it with db press u will know very fast what arm is weaker

Do you have your AI and are you knowledgeable on the use of AI and why.??

Manufacturers of your test doesn't matter if legit.

I have done some weak point training and so I have trained the muscle three time rather than 2 times in a weak. It worked as long as I didn't over train it. Over fatigue and stress. The third day would be more of a maintenance day as opposed to a hard n heavy day.

You can also do some extra sets on that muscle on regular days. But always keep in mind to use a muscle confusion theory for that weak muscle.

I'm good on the AI. Tons of notes from the site but I'm unsure of how to tell if my gear is legitimate other than to try it and hope that blood work comes back with a much higher test level.
If you have suggestions on another way I'm open to it.
