Weight Loss Progress - Advice?

Hi there,

I'm 18 years old, 5'11.

Since about early december I've been trying to lose weight. I've done this by making big changes to my diet and becoming alot more active. (Lift 5 days/week and do cardio 3-5 days a week)

--Early December I weighed approximately 240lbs Not sure exact body fat %,but I'd say it was pretty high.

--Jan 26 Weighed 226

--Feb 26 Weighed 218.5

--Mar 15 Weighed 216

--April 12 Weighed 210

I know that the dates are kind of inconsistent, but I'm just wondering if this is a decent rate of progress?.
Also want to note that while losing this weight my strength has not dropped,
Ive gotten a bit stronger.
Although I'm lifting pretty hard,I don't think I'm eating enough to make big gains. (Not starving myself though)

Been taking Ephedrine to help with the weight loss.

I've still got a fair bit of body fat, but not near what I was before.

Planning to start clean bulking once I get to the 190-200 range.

I use to play highschool football,but those days are over,
now I'm just training for fun.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.
I'll do my best to get a pic up sometime soon(really wish I'd taken a before),although I'm still kinda gross looking.
 
Good work so far. The more your body leans out the harder it tends to be for people to lose weight. Keep at it and you will get to where you want to be.
 
congratulations on the weight loss. it's hard to stay on a consistent diet for an extended period of time, but it does wonders for building your confidence and convincing yourself that you can acheive all of your other goals if you set your mind to it.

The last few pounds are always the hardest to take off, but I think you're on the right track with your plan to bulk up once you lose a few more pounds. For me, that always makes those last few pounds come off so much easier after I have put some muscle back on. You can lose the fat without having to be as stringent on your caloric intake.
 
dude balance yur blood sugar and yur body will become a fat burning machine keep yur good diet and cardio too and yea ephedrine works, my friend billybob is like a 100 pounds lighter than he was 2 years ago cuz of that shit
