Hey guys,
I have been reading this site on and off for about a year. To be honest, I have been hesitant to make an actual account because as much as I like the bodybuilding lifestyle, I like to joke around alot too so hopefully my sense of humor goes over here.
Anyway, a little about me:
I am 40 years old. I am currently 6ft and about 255lbs.
I have weightlifted for 25 years, got more serious about it in highschool when I played football. I did alot of powerlifting style workouts for about 5-10 years which was good and bad. I gained a ton of weight, got stronger but I pay for it now lol. Now I do more bodybuilding style workouts with higher reps since my old joints seem to feel better this way.
Lets see, I have used "enhancement" supplements for over 15 years. I was about 22 or 23 when I did my first cycle. It was stupid I used dbol and deca. I gained like 20 pounds and lost most of it. I didn't know anything about PCT or needing testosterone in a cycle to make anything work. I would say that I have done an easy 20-30 cycles over a period of 15 or so years. I get better at it the more I read forums like this.
I have never used an AI(lol I feel funny using forum lingo) but I plan on it on my next cycle.
SO there is my boring life story or as much as a guy needs to share on a first post.
I look forward to reading more and maybe answering some questions from some of my experiences too.
