what alternatives r available for women?

Looking into starting an aas cycle bug before I do I wld like to look into seeing if other EFFECTIVE options are available? Of course nothing can trump the real thing but I'd like to know what other women hv experienced results with?

A guy I work w was telling about "something" that is missing a link that makes it an aas but our body will naturally make it for us but he cldnt produce the name of the product. Does one exist?
