The prohormones are not bad, but they are as expensive as regualr juice.
As YJ said, it depends on your goals. Protein is your building block for muscle, so that's a must. I prefer Plasmavol over just straight Creatine. It's a creatine, glutamine, alpha lipoic, dextrose blend. It will give you a nice little kick for the gym. If you're looking to lean out, you'll need to focus on your diet more than anything. If you want a little extra help, you can always use a fat burner such as the ECA stack. Again, it really depends on your goals.
