I was wondering what creatine works best to gain muscle and mass? Is it Cell tech, GNC, or is it something else? Dont know much about creatine brands so looking for u guys to help me out. So I get the best creatine possible. Thanx

Well, I agree with Flashy. But the Creatine that works best for me is Optimum Nutritions Creapure creatine, if tested like 10 different ones and this one is the best so far.

They've got a point...But anyway, as far as creatine supplements go, I would definitely recommend Cell tech. The price is right, and the fruit punch flavour is great.

You are joking right?

Nono, I'm serious. It may be because the place I buy it from sells it for cheaper than usual...69.99 Canadian for a 1.97 kg container. Way better than the price of what I used to use, creabolic xp, and results are even better for me.

You could get NOZ for even less. I think it goes for 50 Canada dollars.

Any research to back this claim up? I would rate anhydrous and monohydrate the same in effectiveness. I would rate citrate as having better absorbtion but this is off set by less creatine in the molecule. And the research shows that dicreatine malate is more water soluble but whether this translates into more effectivness is not known. I don't know of any research showing that anyone of them is really any more effective over the long term than any other.
