you wake up late on any given day and miss your first two meals of the day??? Do you consume as much food as you would on a regular day?? Or just not worry about those two skipped meals??? Also on your days off from the gym do you eat the same as on days where you do work out???

Two principles I try to apply:

1. Eat for what you're about to do. (Sleep is when your metabolism is the slowest and therefore burning the least amount of calories in a given time)

2. When you have to make an uncertain judgment call, err to the side of eating too much while bulking and to the side of eating too little while cutting

If cutting and planning to go to bed at the same time that night in such a scenario, you have to take into consideration the fact that you'll be awake less that day than you had planned to. If you're bulking, you'll want some FAST carbs and protein immediately after waking up.

Nice Post Inject, but I feel that you should Just Eat Your Carbs, Prot, and Fat the Same no matter What.

your Body is Used to The Cals and It is Expecting Them. If you are Cutting and about to go to Sleep then just Change the Carbs to Fat or Protien.
