What do you snack on inbetween meals?

I eat nuts and dried fruits, protein bars, and some fruits like a banana inbetween meals.

What other healthy foods are there you can snack on to get the calories up?
 
I find it hard to eat snacks. I eat 5 times per day which never really
allows my blood sugar fall and make me eat between meals.
