Its name is Dinitrophenol.. Its a very serious compound that really shouldnt even be taken by anyone.. Some might disagree with me but I think its for people who are being lazy and dont want to diet and work there butts off.. Yeah you can lose some weight from it but you can also get some serious health issues or even die....

Agree ! However, DNP can be used in a sniper or ninja like fashion. Def don't use long term. For ex you are competing and you just cant get to that 2% BF. Now you would use one the methods you can find around here or there ( google 14 day DNP cycle) to achieve that stat. Very uncomfortable ! Just sweat it out, LOL
