Ive been taking Dbol, the 5/mg Thailand ones for about 2 weeks. I started off taking one in the morning and two before working out. I felt this for a few days but then i wasnt feeling the results i wanted. So i moved my dose up to two in the morning and two before working out. THIS HELPED A LOT! Now my friend is telling me that it is the best to take all 4 one hour to an hour and 1/2 before working out. Can anyone offer me some evidence to support the best way to take these.
