im going on my summer cutting cycle that is

tren e 250mg ew
testo e 250 mg ew
mast e 200mg ew

im now 8.5 weeks in and i have gained nothing or close to nothing. facial and body hair is noticeably growing in new places and strengt has come along nice so it cant be face rigth. they all are from diamond pharma

diet is good, all clean food and the first 6 weeks i eat 2500-3000kcal daily. so i lost 2-3kg of fat but since i didn't grow i increased
to 3500-4000 kcal but still nothing.

my last cycle whas testo e 500mg ew and tren e 180mg ew and sarted last september and endet in the end of november.
so i have had 3.5 months off.
in mid february i whent to my doc and tok a blood sample and my own production was up and runnign again.


sooo why dont i grow? where is it going wrong:S

it doesnt matter if your on cycle or not , add calories to get bigger . go to the diet forum and get advice from the mod 3j because i think diet is your problem.
 
i like ''low'' dosage and there is no need to take so high dosages that many do.
kind of whant to live past my 40s. and last cycle i had great results gained 20 pounds and lost 8-10% fat.
 
The doses are low, but you should still be seeing gains regardless (test @ 250/week alone is nearly 2x natural production)... so diet is where you should look. You weigh 200lbs, so make sure you're getting close to 300g/ day of protein and considering your weight and %bf you probably need around 3250cals for maintenance (unless you have an abnormally low metabolism, activity level and age are a major contributing factor) so I would bump cals up to 4000-4250.
 
If you've made great gains on that before and not this time:

You have weak gear

You didn't recover enough from last cycle

You need to change up your stack and doses.

One or a combination of all of the above.

my guess is diet . a lot of these guys dont realize that when they get bigger they need more calories . they grow 20 pounds on 1 cycle and eat the same on the next cycle and are shocked when they dont grow.
the bigger the machice = the more fuel it needs.

definitely a "diet" problem... gear ONLY helps your body utilize more of the calories u EAT, so if you not EATING, u WON'T be GROWING ;)

also.. u should set attainable goals. If u are really 14% bf then getting to 12% would be a decent goal.. but u can't expect to gain weight too...

well i removed the mast and up'd the dosage om testo to 500 and tren to 400mg ew.
suspect to short recovery for my body and receptors to use the same gear at same/lower doseage.
thing i got enlarged prostate from the mast :S because i wake up like 3 times every nigth to take a piss.

and now i eat mutch, mutch more, haven't calculated the cal for the whole day but breakfast is 1400cal alone.

okay maby 8-10% down in body fat at last cycle was to push it, but when from 180pounds to 200. and no visible abs to visible pack.
 
yeah thats still 700mg of gear, plenty to grow on there. as others have said its a diet issue.

and yeah dropping 10% body fat and stacking on 20lbs is a bit crazy in one cycle mate. unless you cycle was like half a fuckin year or something
