By far, I have been looking around for a good diet.(keeping in mind ive never really did a proper diet, but just cut back food to lose weight and it seemed to work. Lost 20 lbs on it..) I have pretty much found one diet that is good, which is the CKD diet, but it is too damn confusing with all the charts and all that. I am wondering if someone could either suggest other simple but effective diets so i can shed 30 lbs, or please explain to me how the damn ckd diet works...what percentage of the normal daily intake of fats, protein and carbs im supposed to take in per day....

but keep in mind, i do REALLY want to keep as much muscle mass as i can on....

btw my stats are:
6'2, 267lbs, 15-17%bf, want to hit around 10% bf by summer or sooner

400g Protein
200g Carbs
90g Fat

Start with this and lower kcals by about 25g every 2 - 3 weeks.

Spread your protein evenly between 6 meals

Carbs:
Meal 1: 50g
Meal 2: 50g
Meal 4 or 5 (Postworkout): 100g

Fat spread evenly between meals except none postworkout and more preworkout.

Thanks....im in the works of making a diet plan, but i dont know what are good fat sources?? i dont eat stuff like bread, etc...should i?? also, for what i can eat to make up for protein and carbs, i cannot seem to get the carbs and fats to match up for what i wish to do...I am trying to follow digglers advice, but for how my days are set up, i have to break my diet down to 8 meals for the day rather than 6....
