By far, I have been looking around for a good diet.(keeping in mind ive never really did a proper diet, but just cut back food to lose weight and it seemed to work. Lost 20 lbs on it..) I have pretty much found one diet that is good, which is the CKD diet, but it is too damn confusing with all the charts and all that.
