I eat very clean all year,but like everyone else I get cravings for junk food here and there,probably once or twice a week.If you are going to binge,wich would be less destructive to your physique,sweets like candy wich have lots of sugar and low in fat,or fast food that is high in fat and has no sugar?I know neither one is good for you,I just wanted to know wich is the better of the two when you feel the urge to eat something that is not on your diet.
