OK here are the stats

previous feb23,06 235 32% bf 36 yrs 5'9 not a good shape to be in

Current, 5.9 16%bf down to 190lbs strenght is stil there. No Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) history

so here it is i have winnie, i am going to wait til i train natural a whie longer, have MDMT its a milder form of mtest. I am still after my abs but decided to reduce cardio to 30 minutes 4xs a week and focus on training the muscle. I was debating on starting creatine but i am concerned it will bloat me and cause subscateous water, is this a myth.

I want to look like i workout , beach ready and vascular, will creatine assist me, in reaching this goal, diet is in check and training just looking for a boost in the vascularity and filling out area. thanks

CEE is known to be very bloat friendly. I don't notice bloat on regular creatine, CEE or even test but that's just me.

Creatine will help you put on muslce, but your diet/training willl have more of an effect your vascularity and definition.

thanks outlawtas2 my diet and cardio are in check, i am getting close to my goal i am looking to see more vascularity and have my muscle look a little fuller and was wondering if the cee would help, in that area or if creatine would make me less vascular thanks
