what to do for cardio?

so, when you guys talk about double sessions and what not, 90 to 120 mins of cardio, what exactly do you do? that's an awful long time.......... thanks........
 
I don't like those marathon sessions of cardio, I think they are completely unnecessary. I usually do 20-30 minutes of HIIT style cardio.
 
Either................. Wind Sprints, Regular Sprints, Sled Sprints, Sand Hill runs, a ciruit of light OLY lifts, and best of all KB cicruit.
 
i usually do the treadmill, set at an incline of 6 and a speed of 2.8-3.0 for 35-45 min....im burning about 350-400 calories that way...anymore, and i'll shrink so u gotta monitor ur bodyweight and the way u look in the mirror constantly if u dont know ur body to the tee yet...good luck.
