u workout every week day for 2 hours a day that 10hours of training per week(way too much imo). u need to up your protein first(at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight) and dont even think about gear or prohormones yet just get your diet right and training right
study the board and learn i have been here for a little while and there is still plenty to learn
read and read some more then read some more
knowledge is power and this board is very powerful
gear is not something to be played with neither are the prohormones out now
I bump PI 100%. Youre overtraining, you DO NOT need PHs, let alone steroids and your diet is the determining factor in whether you cut fat or gain muscle (attempting to do both at once is like selling used cars in Amish country.)
