What wants to say and for what it serves to me Melting Points of Hormones ?

These temperatures serve in order to melt hormones in oil or is the temperatures where the hormone is damaged?

its simply the temp at which the hormone melts, or goes from solid to liquid. Each hormone has a unique melting point, so we at home can melt a sample of our hormone and compare results to known values.
