what would you recommend for protein spacing

Ok, I have a supply of MHP (up your mass) gainer, Optimum Pro Complex, and regular optimum whey. I have been taking the gainer in about 3-4 shakes a day for a while now and it has helped me add 50lbs (not all is muscle, some is fat) I also take a regular whey shake after workouts. This is all along with other food sources like tuna,eggs (7 whites,3 whole a day every day) chicken (post meal is a cup of brown rice and 3 chicken breasts grilled. Where would I add the Pro Complex in? Im carrying some fat that id like to lose in the lower ab area but i still want to bulk which is i know not something that can be done at the same time. What would be a good protein split between the 3 products as to get enough calories but utilize the specific protein blends at optimal times?
 
Lose the fat first, then go back to bulking you will see that your gains will be greater and you will not have to worry as much about getting fatter.
