ALSO WHAT YUO GUYS THINK OF MY NIGHTIME SHAKE

2 SCOOPS OF PM PROTEIN W\FLAX SEED OIL
 
Im not expert on mens diets.. however, are you trying to cut?

either way night shake looks good to me, pre WO- why the yogurt or milk? try oatmeal or a potatoe.. complex carbs for a steady source of energy
 
PM protein is all hype. I wouldnt waste my money on it. Either buy a high quality casien/why mix or eat some cottage cheese and PB before bed.

The reason PM protein is all hype is because no protein can alter the bodys natural digestion function. Even if it could, if the protein sat in your stomach for 6, 7, 8, 9 hours while you slept, it would be worthless.

Even if protein could withstand your stomachs natural function, and delivered a steady flow of protein while you slept, a 40g serving over 8 hours would only equal 5g of protein per hour....less protein than 1/2 cup yogurt. Your supposed to get as much protein as you can into your body every 1,5-2 hours...usually around 40g. 10g every 2 hours isnt really doing much.
