during weight gaining..u really dont need to have ur diet in check..that being said you need lot of protein, carbs and fats from good sources like chicken, eggs, fish, whey, beef etc
You are always doing to do best by keeping a food journal as well as eating clean. The good thing about bulking is you don't need to be super clean. Don't feel bad about going out for supper or the odd bucket of ice cream
If you can , stick to healthier choices most of the time. That way when you do have a "snack" you don't have to feel so bad about it.
