This is very highly an individual thing. I'm very gyno prone, o have it every cycle and I have it now on 360 mg test.
I run 6.25 aromisin eod or adex .3mg 1-2 a week and this was on 1200mg test. Just because you have gyno or sensitivity does not mean you need an increase in Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose.
KS it's obvious dbol is the cause. That's how it works, rapid conversion, its the reason people "feel good" on it and the reason you start to add weight so fast. Muscle isn't gained overnight. If you feel you need more then bump the dose. It's common for men to use 50mg a day. Aromisin was found to be safe in males not using AAS at 50mg a day but many people are sensitive to ai's like myself and even 25mg a day will crash my estro.
Again this is why bloodwork is needed during the cycle and even a couple times to see where your levels are and to see what an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) does for you.
I know guys who use 50mg/day aromisin and 1mg/day adex. When looking at studies on dosing you need to remember these are typically studies on women and post menopausal women. Men tend to metabolize much faster.
I would drop dbol over sensitive nipples, I don't even get sensitivity and I have gyno. It's only about the size of a nickel and will always go away off cycle.
Anytime you can, I would stick to aromisin and just increase or decrease doses as
needed. Letro and adex only compete for receptors and will cause a rebounding effect.
Haretakis if you were taking nolva without an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), there would be a rebound effect once you stop because it only blocks estro at the receptor in specific tissue, you need to continue use of aromisin. Nolva can be used to quickly stop the growth of gyno but won't reduce it in most cases. Once your aromisin is working, I would drop the nolva.
People tend to get overly worried about small gyno lumps, yes you want to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at the first signs, but IMO it's not worth ruining your cycle by crashing estro to attempt to get rid of it while on cycle. I try to manage the size and when I go off, it's so small I have to try really hard to find it. I'm not saying to let it go but crashing estro will cause joint pain, will pull too much water off leaving you at risk for injury, will compromise immune system. Your body needs estro.
