Wheat Protein Question

So I've had this 3lb container of Ultimate Nutrition Protein Isolate Wheat Protein for awhile. Bought it along time ago and its been sitting in my cabinet for close to a year, its still in the expiration date range. I bought it cause it was on clearance for 20 bucks, 57 servings, 100 calories 20 protein 3 carbs and 1 fat. So I thought that was hell of a deal. I know many people run away from plant protein when on a cycle cause their afraid of estrogen from soy. But is wheat protein soy protein? Im reading the ingredients/contains and it says wheat protein in ingredients and in contains section says soy and wheat. Which i won't bash that part cause even on ON Whey Protein in the containing section it says Soy and Milk.

For my cycle since I do a 4 day routine, where my PWO I do drink ON Gold Standard. But was thinking on the 3 days of rest instead of using ON Whey I'd use this Ultimate Nutrition Protein Isolate Wheat Protein for a quick shake during the day. Now I've heard many many mix reviews on this kind of stuff. From many people I hear ohh shit don't do it you'll get bitch tits. Others I hear keep it to maybe less then 20% of your daily protein, and the 80% good protein sources. Also hear its not a full quality protein source, but wouldn't consuming full source protein branch with this non complete?
 
I'm pretty sure one tub of soy/wheat based protein isn't going to even budge your estrogen levels, nonetheless make you grow bewbs. I drank soy milk for YEARS before I found out that it contains a ton of phytoestrogens and never experienced anything like gyno. I'd do exactly what you say and drink it on off days - it's not going to hurt anything. :)

I dont try to make drinking my protein intake a habit other then Casein at night and PWO, but hell I got a 3lb tub of it why not use it and save some bucks. I'll be taking Armidex anyways throughout my whole cycle so chances of bitch tits is alrdy low.

Exactly. As long as you continue to eat and aren't using it as a meal-replacement - more power to you! :)
 
I eat 8 meals a day and consume between 100-150grams o protein (4-6) scoops daily of syntha 6 isolate. Gaining good weight and size, also taking no explode and amino x from same brand as well as 15g creatine from bodytech and vitamine shoppe multivitamin, biotin, b12. That too much protein for me to take or g2g?

probably a good range but you should just get off the grocery store stuff and get on a cycle...
