Im considering getting a membership to a wholesaler tommorow.
Does anyone belong to a costco or sams club or BJ's or somthing like that??
Are there good deals on fish chicken and steak in those spots?
Im sick and tired of spending $9 a pound for salmon and pretty much the same for steak.
Im gonna go broke at this rate!

I get all my meats, eggs and milk at BJ's it saves me a lot compared to stop&shop...gettingba membership is def worth it

I got a BJ's close to the casa, and costco isnt too far also.
Does BJ's have good deals on steak and fish??
also is it cheaper the more you buy at once?

I go to Sam's club. Most things are cheaper there. Meat, bread, chicken, but i noticed there eggs have went way up and there cheaper at wal-mart.

Wholesale clubs are great for meats, and whatever else you buy in bulk, but you'll still need to hit up a grocery store. Some things aren't meant to be bought in bulk. lol

I get my chix, ground turkey from BJs, but my ground beef and tilapia from WalMart.

correct check the amount of weight and oz, u r getting in the bulk, alot of times u think that ur getting alot with eye an ur not , sometimes ur better of going to a regular grocery store, bigger boxes less in weight than a small box,..

Costco or Sams for sure. 9 dollars a pound for beef is getting raked over the coals.
Think of 2.39 per pound london broil.

I try to buy everything locally, there is a meat farm I go to for all my meats and seasonal veggies. The rest I usually get at sams club.

Sometimes I cant get the meat I need at the farm, so I goto Iowa meat company and buy in bulk.

Bump on local product.

You can also jump on Craigslist for local Farmers Markets or people who sell their own dairy, etc.

I just got a call from my neighbor who is at a little Hispanic grocery store. he said skirt steak is on sale for $1.10 a LB. Im having him pick me up 10LBs of that stuff. supposedly its not at the end of its sell date either. According to them of course. Still nothing the deep freezer wont take care of...
