Which carb source is better for breakfast?

For breakfast I want to eat either 2 Wholeweat toast 60g or a bowl of oats in milk 60g.
I also have 30g Whey protein every morning. Which is better, the Toast or the Oats. Bear in mind that I am not bulking right now and what other foods would be good for breakfast.
 
Why not have say half cup water and half cup semi skimmed milk just to make it taste better. Must taste bad mixed in just water?
 
I love oatmeal but I always make it with milk and to add sweetness I mix in some cinnamon applesauce. Oatmeal is good for you in so many ways and the slow cook kind is actually better than the instant oats
 
I usaully do old fashioned oats in water when I eat oatmeal I add some cinnamon in there along with about 1 tbsp of brown sugar... Good stuff.

As others pointed out the oatmeal is better, but the toast would suffice as well.

Carbs:
-oat bran cereals
-oatmeal
-beans (kidney, black, pinto)
-lentils
-wheat bread
-potato's (red, sweet, new)
-rice (brown, white, wild)
-pasta

Yes, I actually eat fish and kidney beans for breakfast.....:afro:
