Meal 1) 3 servings Whey/ Oatmeal
Meal 2) 2 Chicken Breasts
Meal 3) (Post workout) 2 servings Whey/ Glass O.J. r-ala -glutamine peptides
Meal 4) Lean Steak/ Veggies
Meal 5) Tuna/Safflower mayo (Full fat)/ mixed w/ onions etc.
Meal 6) 3 servings of Whey/ 2 Tablespoons Flax Oil.


Or this one


1)Pre workout meal, 30 g protein, 20g dextrose.

2)Post workout, 40g dextrose, 40g protein, 200 mg R-ala -glutamine peptides

3) Tuna, Greens, Oil

4) Tuna, Greens, Oil

5) Steak, Greens (no oil, fat in steak)

You need more food in there. I'm hungry just looking at it. More food with meal #2(more carbs), especially if that's your preworkout meal.
More simple carbs in your post workout shake.(I'd add some honey in there) Instead of taking in all your flax in one shot, why don't you have one tablespoon in the morning shake and one tablespoon in the evening shake? How much do you weigh? You certainly don't want to lose muscle while you're dietting, so I would suggest adding a little more in there. Even another snack somewhere would be fine, a couple of hard boiled eggs and some veggies.
 
do you take a greens supplement on a regular basis? If so, good for you! More people should incorporate a greens product in their diet. It helps keep our bodies balanced. I use one by Naka called Vital Greens, awesome product. All you have to take is one tablepoon in the morning and you're good to go. It's a liquid and it's very concentrated. Gives me tons of energy too.

I will take your suggestions to heart,

just hit it today and pre workout (your right) I needed a little more in me

Get some carbs in there before you train and you'll have a little or a lot more steam for your workout.
270g-300g of protein per day and you're all good.

awsome......I will look into the vital greens product ,

I know that everytime I eat a meat protien source I always incorporate salad greens into the mix....mostly for fiber purposes
