I know you guys hate when noobs come on here and start asking questions that have probably already been answered in these forums, but I have searched a lot and read a lot, and I still cannot come to a concise conclusion to all my questions.
I am 21, 5'11, 190, about 8-10%bf. I have been lifting naturally since I was 16. All my gains are natural but I have been trying to get to 200 5-6% bf for what seems like FOREVER now (about 2 years of hardcore lifting and dieting, some college life drinking mixed in there too).
My friend who has the same measurements suggested that I do 8 weeks of Test Propionate with him, and then stack it with Winnie inject towards the end to cut up, while taking arimidex throughout to block estrogenic problems (I have gyno already, don’t wana aggravate that shit). We are also doing post cycle therapy (pct) with nolvadex.
My questions are as follows:
1. Is it necessary for me to use testosterone to get the gains I am looking for? Because I always felt like if I ran just Winnie for like 6-8, didn’t drink at all, and ate really clean like a fucking soldier I would get good gains. People argue that if I did this, I would not see much in terms of results, PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS QUESTION THE MOST.
2. Will I lose my hair, or get depressed? Because my life is going really well now, and though I would like to get bigger I am afraid that doing this cycle will completely fuck my life up, or cause me to make stupid decisions affecting my life I otherwise wouldn’t make if not on the juice. and I am wondering if and where I can get finasteride for my hair. I AM SPECIFICALLY AFRAID OF DEPRESSION, please help with this if you know how the depression mechanism works with steroids.
3. I am generally an aggressive guy already, and I was thinking I would smoke pot once in a while when im not doing anything just to calm my nerves so that I don’t kill people like a fucking raging Neanderthal. Opinions on this, or other suggestions to control rage?
4. I am prone to acne, is there anything I can do to minimize the breakouts that I will get while on test?
5. What is the best way to do a lean bulk for a noobster like me with the test and Winnie. I was thinking I would run test for 1-8, Winnie for 6-11, the last 3 weeks of Winnie being without the test at all. Or is it better to do the shorter cycle and stack the Winnie at the end and finish the cycle at 8 weeks and start post cycle therapy (pct).
