this is just an idea I had. Take some 151 or everclear and dissolve the Winstrol (winny). Then add some oil, filter and bake. Would the Winstrol (winny) crash from this?

you won't be able to get much of the Winstrol (winny) to hold in everclear or 151.

peg400 and peg200 are the only carriers that will work, but you could do a ratio of 2%ba, then use the minimal amount of peg400 you need to get the concentration you want, then add oil for the rest. I will be working this one out sometime in the near future, because I am sensitive to straight peg400.
