I just got my Y-ES.
my biggest concern is the face.
Does this stuff work by telling your body where to take the majority of it's calories from when there is a deficit in the diet?
So am I going to want to use it ONLY on face and cut calories and exercise for the best effect on facial fat loss?
Or does it make any difference and should I also just add it to the chest and love handles?
