Hello and yes, I've been through some threads and some articles over the internet and yet I am asking for advice for me in particular.

I am-
Age: 23
Sex: M
Height: 5-10
Weight: 144.
Profession: Software Developer.

So yes, I am skinny as hell. I lack appetite and I am a habitual runner (4-5 miles a day) and swimmer. I understand that using juice at my stage is not going to help and I am not willing to face the side effects and that I need to eat, eat, eat and train.

So here's my concerns:

1. What should be my daily calorie intake. Can you please help me devise a diet plan?

2. I do not have access to a gym, so what would you suggest I get to train? Please understand that I have a very tight budget.

I am desperate here. Why? Because this is the second time I got dumped for being too skinny.

Thank you, any suggestions are highly appreciated.

Do some push-ups and eat 4-6 peanut-butter and jelly sandwiches, with about 5-6 huge glasses of milk. Try not to shit but once a week, if possible. J/K..

Biggin's right. Lots of PB&J's bro if the budget is tight. I'm sure you can find a place to do pullup's aswell. Try and vary your hands while doing push-ups, wide, regular, triangle styles. Lots of pull-ups. You'd be fine if you only ran a mile dude. Running that much burns a tremendous amount of calories.

When it comes to calorie intake you have to intake as much as posibley get in your face eat as many meals as you can what helps me gain weight is eating right before bed and having a midnight snack or meal when you wake up to take a piss. As for work outs like Rougen123 said pushups, pullups you can also pick up a heavy object of somesort and do squats with it . GOODLUCK!!

What biggin said is right. Load up on the calories. If you don't eat much & run 4-5 miles per day hmmmmmm it's kinda obvious why you're thin?

Consume more cals than you burn = gain weight
consume less Cals than you burn = lose weight

it's that simple. Eat more. Run less. Pushups & pullups will do you right
