Yohimbe is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women or children as it is not know if the compound passes through the milk.. yohimbine and the sides that can accompany it are very dose dependant and could be potentially harmfull to a small child
im not a doctor by any means,, but i would do some heavy research before giving it to a nursing women, i would suggest hopping on over to lyle McDonald forum to try and learn as much as you can before making a decision

Yohimbine works on the alpha receptors.
Alpha receptors inhibit fat breakdown, so wherever they are abundant, you have a harder time losing fat in that area. For example, they are in high concentration in men***8217;s lower back and abs and in women***8217;s hips and thighs. Yohimbine HCl (a concentrated lab synthesized version of natural yohibine bark)acts as an alpha receptor blocker.
alpha receptors inhibit fat breakdown, and Yohimbine HCl inhibits alpha receptors, the net result is that you get an INCREASE in fat breakdown. Thus, you get a significant increase in fat breakdown directly from an area that normally is the hardest place to lose it from.
Yohimbine HCL Dosing
its recommended to slowly work up to 0.2mg/Kg of bodyweight. So that means a 220lb bodybuilder (divide by 2.2 to get Kg) is 100Kg and would work up to a dose of 20mg Yohimbine HCl.
Yohimbine HCl's effects affects on alpha receptors ONLY work in the absence of insulin, and its effects start to diminish the more insulin is present.
But this doesn***8217;t mean that you cannot eat carbs! Insulin will usually be under control on a lower carb diet, like most trainers will put you on.
what you can do is take the Yohimbine HCl 20-60 minutes pre cardio and only in a completely fasted state

Safety and Toxicology
Adverse drug events in persons taking the recommended dosage (for erectile dysfunction, 5.4mg thrice a day) include nausea, abdominal pain, dizziness, and nervousness.[94] Higher acute dosages in the 15-20mg range some persons may experience tachycardia (irregular heartbeat) and hypertension.[95][96]
Erectile Dysfunction/Aphrodisiac =more blood flow
Yohimbine, secondary to its alpha-2-adrenergic inhibitory potential, was commonly used as first-line treatment for erectile dysfunction previous to the advent of PDE5 inhibitors. A review] that cited the following trialsnotes a variable efficacy range of 34-73% exists and this may be due to efficacy in persons with psychogenic erectile dysfunction rather than other models of erectile dysfunction, such as organic.[
Combination therapy of Yohimbine with L-Arginine has shown preliminary benefits with more efficacy in mild to moderate (rather than severe) erectile dysfunction.
